To avoid tooth decay, as much as you can, it is important that you brush your teeth at least twice a day. Flossing regularly will remove any food that may have been trapped between the teeth, which will aid in good dental hygiene and the lack of bacteria buildup. Always having your dental checkups will further benefit your oral health, because dental professionals can see signs of tooth decay faster than the average person. Going to regularly scheduled cleanings will lead to tooth decay prevention.
